Developers, I too did have the same issue.
When the issue happens * Having a windows os already installed. Replicated the issue with Win 7 and Win Vista. Finally the issue was nailed using the below * ubiquity --debug The installer crashes during "Create user". Finally, was able to install by disabling "Encrypt Home" folder option during the install.
