IMHO, VNC, specifically vino, is the single most common crack I see on the Ubuntu forums.
While VNC servers may be familiar to new users coming from Windows, and while it may be disabled by default, it is all too easy for new users to enable and then their router forwards the port via UPnP. Please consider either removing vino, or firewalling it, or perphas an alternate VNC server, such as FreeNX. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/790009 Title: Vino should not be included in the default install -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
