sudo dpkg -r bcmwl-kernel-source sudo dpkg -P bcmwl-kernel-source sudo rm -f /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-bcm43.conf With that all gone, after a reboot you should find that the built-in brcm80211 driver kicks in and should work with your chip. If not, please now try installing Broadcom STA again.
