I also can't use any the right/left buttons for skipping. Doubleclicking the 
window still makes it toggle fullscreen though, play/pause and next/previous 
playlist object are working as expected.
This doesn't always happen, most of the time this bug happens is when totem is 
already open with a video and I open a new, video in the same window. With 
audio files it will always happen, even with a fresh instance of totem.

If I press the right arrow during playback to skip a bit, this will show up 
twice each time:
(totem:11302): Gtk-CRITICAL **: IA__gtk_widget_event: assertion 
`WIDGET_REALIZED_FOR_EVENT (widget, event)' failed

No other messages. This didn't occur before I upgraded from Maverick to
Natty.
