Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.

Please first run:
    nm-tool | grep Driver
and attach the output to this bug.

Then try this command in a Terminal and then reboot:
    sudo sh -c 'echo "blacklist brcm80211" > 
/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-bcrm80211.conf'
Did that solve the problem? If so then it is bugs 776165/747002.

Please also change the status of this bug back to New once the output
has been attached. Thanks in advance...
