I can confirm using a different combination of programs and drivers: here on Ubuntu 11.04 x64, it-IT i18n, with Firefox, Chrome, Chromium, Quassel, emesene, Empathy, skype open. Going to add information from apport. ùToggling bloc num does remove the problem, but if I toggle it on again, the problem waits a few seconds and is here again.
