Please attach a screenshot of first page in Word 2007 displaying
correctly as this bug will be focused solely on this problem.
Each of the following points are separate issues as per upstream and would need
to be filed separately. Feel free to do so, and subscribe me to each one.
+ the text is shifted to the left and mostly off the page - outside the white
space. Only small portions of the text are visible, but the text corresponds to
that in the figure, and the figure is gone from the proper page.
+ Equations are not visible
+ equation numbering format is incorrect - centered rather than tabbed to the
right margin.
+ Double-clicking on the second equation makes it visible in the editor, but
when the editor is closed it is no longer visible.
+ Double-clicking on the first equation brings an empty window (created with
Equation 3.0 in Word).
