Hi Fabio,

the currently newest Ubuntu version on my computer is 2.6.38-9.
Since I can not made a Network connection with the Netgear WLAN-Adapter using
the version 2.6.38-9, I have plugged in a TP-Link WLAN adapter. Currently I'm
connected to the internet via the TP-Link adapter.

Running the requested command in a terminal provides the following
result:

arudolf@artur-Linux:~$ apport-collect -p linux 784480
The authorization page:

should be opening in your browser. Use your browser to authorize
this program to access Launchpad on your behalf.

Waiting to hear from Launchpad about your decision...

(firefox-bin:4190): LIBDBUSMENU-GTK-CRITICAL **:
dbusmenu_menuitem_property_set_shortcut: assertion `gtk_accelerator_valid(key,
modifier)' failed
ERROR: connecting to Launchpad failed: 'NoneType' object has no attribute
'makefile'
You can reset the credentials by removing the file
"/home/arudolf/.cache/apport/launchpad.credentials"

Do I have to remove the credentials as requested?

Regards
Artur
