2: open Nautilus 3: change dir to /var/crash 4: right click to a .crash file created -> owner: root, group: root, only root can "r" and "w" 5: select the first: "Open with Report a problem..." 6: read the error dialog: "Invalid problem report" / "You are not allowed to access this problem report." 7. you click "Close" 8. examine task is not complete 9. add reading rights to everyone 10. right click it... .... Collecting problem information... permisson denied 11. add reading and writing rights to everyone 12. right click it... .... Collecting problem information...
