Here is another bug. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager- applet/+bug/784756
I'll let everyone know if I publish any updated packages. I'm hoping an actual package maintainer will step in here at some point however. A workaround for now is to kill nm-applet and restart it. You could do this first thing in the morning every day maybe. When you restart it, do nm-applet --sm-disable You can just do this using your own user account. Root privileges are not needed. Alternatively, I think logging out and logging back in should restart the applet. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/780602 Title: nm-applet leaks memory and stops functioning after a while -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
