Public bug reported:

What would you expect to happen: Install nautilus-script-audio-convert
and have it (after restarting nautilus) ready in "Scripts" in context
menu.

What happens: it is not there, instead you need to manually copy it:
cp /usr/share/nautilus-scripts/ConvertAudioFile $HOME/.gnome2/nautilus-scripts/
