Hi team, I have same issue as described above. My Lenovo S10-3 is running under Ubuntu 10.04 LTS and from the first day of usage Ubuntu I have problem with wireless Atheros AR9285 (ath9k). The one solution what works for me - after starting Ubuntu and logging in, I suspend system to RAM and then wake it up. After that wi-fi and bluetooth interfaces immediately appears in the system and works well.
