Same bug here. It happens intermittently when launching applications, maximizing windows, closing multiple windows, after the screen saver is activated, and occasionally when programs crash. I get windows with no borders or title bar. Logging out and back in fixes it but, obviously I can't do this all the time. I've noticed it gets worse if my system is up for longer periods of time. If I leave my machine running for man than a few hours it happens more frequently.
