I have one POP3 and two IMAP accounts (Gmail and Yahoo) configured in Evolution, the indicator works (color and counter up) only with new messages from the Gmail (IMAP) account, the other two accounts (POP3 and IMAP from Yahoo) shows notifications (popup) but makes no changes on indicator (no color, no counter up in mailboxes).
