compat-wireless is a package of drivers from the latest kernels, but you can compile them for older kernels. You can get them here: http://wireless.kernel.org/en/users/Download
<http://wireless.kernel.org/en/users/Download>I thought of disabling n on your module by creating a file in /etc/modprobe.d/ (something like /etc/modprobe.d/inteldisablen.conf and including: options iwlagn 11n_disable50=1 11n_disable=1 after that try: sudo rmmod iwlagn sudo modprobe iwlagn Unfortunately, I believe 5300 will also have the same problems ): Pedro Nariyoshi On Thu, May 12, 2011 at 9:18 AM, Scott Deagan <scott.dea...@gmail.com>wrote: > Hi Pedro.
