The internal MIC ... is very noisy (unusuable), external MIC some-what better but still not usable. The MIC boost adjustments easily saturates the inputs. The level indicators of the sound-recorder and PulseAudio volume control, do not correspond to any sound input with any adjustments to input-levels. I have not been able to use the internal MIC with any applications. The external MIC is usable with the "sound recorder" only. Does not work with Skype (2.2) automatic gain control ON or OFF..
