Public bug reported: Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace
The "Application Launcher" menu, if assigned to desktop mouse clicks rather than brought up via a panel widget, launches applications twice every time. How to reproduce: Bring up the Desktop settings (or Folder View settings, whichever your desktop uses), switch to the "Mouse Actions" page, and assign "Application Launcher" to a mouse button. Then launch any application(s) that way.
