This is still present in FF 4.0.1 (Ubuntu 11.04, i386). In addition, this might be related to combo boxes being unresponsive to mouse clicks - i.e., clicking on a folder in the bookmarks toolbar does not open (drop down) the appropriate entry, or else the opened drop down list closes immediately when hit by the mouse pointer. At the same time, autocomplete ceases to work, until I minimize FF and restore it afterwards. After that, both autocomplete and opening combo boxes return to normal operation. Hardly reproducible though..
