I noticed that: if I run skype as first "iconized" application.. it shows up. If I run pidgin before skype, then skype only appears if I remove and add again the notification applet. If I run pidgin, shutter and skype, skype icon doesn't appear no matter what I do. If then I close shutter, remove notification applet and put it again, skype appears.
