I am using the kernels of #46 for 3-4 days and I had no such issue since then. My display adapter is:
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Mobile 4 Series Chipset Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 07) (prog-if 00 [VGA controller]) (It uses the i915 module) In ccsm, I have Sync to VBlank set to true the whole time. I have tried to trigger the bug using all possible ways: locking/unlocking while flash/chrome is playing, xset dpms, closing/opening lid.
