I am also having issues with Evolution since the update to 11.04 - no crashes yet, but it has become impossible to actually use and I have consistently had to close it with the system monitor. CPU use spikes to 100% (but drops to allow other processes) and Waiting Channel reads '0' until I kill it. The window is blank if I change to another one and then back, if that helps.
