I would like to confirm bug exactly as first posted. Affecting Lubuntu 10.10 AND now 11.04.
nm-applet will connect my Huawei E1750 modem on the UK 3 3g network. I live on a boat on the UK inland waterways and am mobile. If i suffer a dissconnection due to a weak signal nm-applet will not reconnect if i regain the signal and it always reports disconnected Kill all nm-applet and disconnecting the modem then AFTER a few moments restarting nm-applet and replugging the modem in and it will reconnect if signal strenght is good.
