The problem persist. No 3d with this video card and any Linux distribution.
I've installed Feisty Fawn (the released, not beta) and I had same problems. I've had the IRQ problem and freeze on 3d applications. The IRQ problems goes away adding "DisableIRQ" "true" in xorg.conf but the 3d freeze persist.
