First, it's an upstream version freeze exception request and we are no longer in upstream version freeze. Secondly, the current version in gutsy is just a rebuild of what's in Debian so it will be synced automatically once we start doing the syncs (which will happen in a few days or a week). Therefore, it doesn't make any kind of sense to have this bug open any more, and even though it's not fixed, it doesn't make sense in the current state of gutsy.
