This is probably not because of unity because it also lag under gnome. Also, I found that the toolbar of granatier is not same as the toolbar of other games. The theme of the toolbar of other kde games is kde, which is colored by silver, while the theme of the toolbar of granatier is gnome, which can be chose in System->Appearance. Don't know if it cause this bug.
