Pressure-sensitive drawing works on Windows 7.
Attached is the output of `sudo evtest /dev/input/event6`, showing that
there is an event (type 3, code 40) that has the range (0-255) commonly
reported for the pressure sensitivity of the device. When using it, all
the other event codes show up, but not code 40.
