As I said I tried the workaround that Ben told us to try, and here is the 
result 2 days later :
First errors :
[17179579.256000] hda: dma_intr: status=0x51 { DriveReady SeekComplete Error }
[17179579.256000] hda: dma_intr: error=0x84 { DriveStatusError BadCRC }

Then I had to reboot the computer. GRUB showed an error 24, so I made an
fsck on the "/" partition, and now it only lasts on it a "lost+found"
directory that is totally empty... It only lasts me to reinstall Ubuntu
now...
