This bug happens on my natty installation, only when using ubuntu- classic session (not unity).
The affected menus are the right click ones (left click menus are ok) on every panel applet and indicators (both top and bottom panel, including trashcan, workspace selector and show desktop. On unity there is no right click menu to arrange items on panel, so the problem doesn't happen.
