This is arguably a recently introduced failure of the lp: resolution (AIUI). We used to be able to: Branch.open_containing('bzr+ssh://bazaar.launchpad.net/~b2evolution' '/trunk/blogs/index.php') However, now when we probe we get "Permission Error" instead of "NoSuchFile". (Even though we are doing a readonly operation). I would assign this bug to Launchpad and the codehosting implementation.
