I can confirm this bug. I have the same graphics card, the corruptions look a bit different… I'll attach two screenshots:
01 shows a permanent symptom only affecting context menus of the Gnome panel - in my case the gnome clock applet, the indicator applet and the applet used to switch between open windows using buttons (in german called 'Fensterwähler'). I *don't* see those corruptions when I open the context menus of the menu bar and the netspeed applet. 02 shows a symptom which appears after some time (an hour or more) and tends to get worse i.e. one Gnome panel part after another is affected. I haven't seen any of those both corruptions anywhere else than in the gnome panel - neither on the desktop itself nor in Firefox, Evolution, Banshee, Transmission, GIMP… Since I suppose (this time) only the Gnome panel is affected I'd suggest to change the title of this bug to '[RV250] Gnome panel corruptions'. By the way: It doesn't help to chose a Gnome session without effects - so there's no way to avoid this bug. ** Attachment added: "screenshot_stefan-nagy_01.png" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/771370/+attachment/2094337/+files/screenshot_stefan-nagy_01.png -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/771370 Title: display is corrupted -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
