Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: initramfs-tools

Happened during upgrade from 10.10 to 11.04. I suspect it has to do
with a problem upgrading/installing the kernel (not good) b/c the boot
partition ran out of space. I'm still mid-upgrade as I write this, so
I'm hoping my machine's OS didn't just get blown away.
