Yesterday I upgraded from 10.10 to 11.04. Technically 11.04 was beta at that time, but there really haven't been any package updates since then, so I pretty much went from Maverick to Natty final.
When I did have the issue I was testing from a live USB using 11.04 beta 2. Obviously since I was running from USB I had only the packages included with beta 2 and none of the updates after it was released. >From a video standpoint it should be noted that I'm using Intel Arrandale integrated graphics. As discussed, Natty puts the Unity launcher on the leftmost monitor by default, and obviously this is not ideal for approximately half of dual monitor users. Anyways, to move the launcher to the right I used this xrandr command: xrandr --output DP1 --primary -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/764574 Title: Maximized window overlaps unity launcher when compiz setting "launcher_hide_mode" is set to "Never" -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
