@Cyrille, the problem isn't cdemu-daemon itself, it's the vhba module.
So you ought to run 'dpkg -S vhba.ko' and remove the identified package.
That may be the same package, and even if it's not it seems likely that
cdemud won't function without it.
Please report back here whether or not removing the package providing
vhba.ko eliminates the issue. Thanks!
