Anyone have an idea of what package would be causing this issue? I don't think it is a flash issue, because it shouldn't be flash's place to remove itself from being on top when coming back from a screensaver and showing the login box.
On the subject of flash, why does it stop itself when the screensaver starts in the first place? Of course, you can't see it while the screensaver is up.
