Hi, I am experiencing the same bug in Pangolin Performance (Sytem 76). It has a JMicron JMC250 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller (rev 03). The livecd desktop version of Ubunut 10.10 detects and recognizes the Ethernet card. However neither the minimal iso install or the alternate installer detect the ethernet/wired network card.
