Binary package hint: overlay-scrollbar
If we have a small scrollable area, like that on advanced vpn settings
("PPTP Advanced Options"), we can't scroll it using the mouse. A click
on up/down buttons works fine, but the bar is not draggable, as if there
were limits at the area boundaries.
