Did you elect to format any of the partitions that these operating systems are installed on? Are these operating systems using separate home directories on /dev/hdX devices, instead of using UUIDs or /dev/sdX devices?
If neither of these questions are true, would you mind running the installer again with the --debug option and attaching /var/log/installer/debug and /var/log/syslog to this bug report?
