Cannot acknowledge. There are no messages in syslog anymore but the disable-cpu hack is still neccessary for me. (fresh install of natty with 270.41.06-0ubuntu1). Otherwise chrome get laggy again after resume. The cpu-hack also fucks up virtualbox after resume. Meh :-(
