I did the DebuggingKernelSuspend procedure and this is what popped out:

I'm attaching the entire dmesg from that run to this comment.

I also tried no_console_suspend  in combination with vmalloc=256M, when
I issue pm-suspend from a terminal (still can't switch to a vt) the
system "freezes" (same behavior as in #6). I see no useful messages :(
