Sorry, I don't know how I did this. But maybe I found that there where invisible broken buttons in the panel which prevented the other buttons from moving around. A few days ago, there where a few old buttons, huge white icons with a red cross through it. Maybe those where the reason why it did occur. But still it is weird en unnessecary behaviour to me.
