Thanks for allyour help so far.Will definately try your
suggestions.(May also reenable Root,with exp'd.-help and cleanse
possible Windows-Recovery file?)Note: had seemingly similar problems
loading 10.04,with Vista blocking nearly everything.Wonder if the 8gb
"HP-recovery-file" I left on laptop's HD,is somehow still causing
problems.Will try and see if that is the case.Thanks Again,for all the
