I just ran though these steps again: $ killall -9 e-addressbook-factory $ /usr/lib/desktopcouch/desktopcouch-stop $ rm ~/.config/desktop-couch/desktop-couchdb.ini $ /usr/lib/evolution/e-addressbook-factory
