FYI for users running into this problem: The wubi.exe for 10.10 Maverick Meerkat can be obtained at http://releases.ubuntu.com/maverick/wubi.exe The wubi.exe for 10.04 Lucid Lynx can only be obtained at http://people.canonical.com/~evand/wubi/lucid/wubi-r191.exe
