I have a notebook Fujitsu-Siemens AMILO Pro V3205 and I observe that
100% of CPU (one full processor core) is consumed by process called
syndaemon. Electric power consumption is pretty big.

OS: Ubuntu 11.04 beta 2 32-bit
The machine has an Intel 945 GM chipset.
I am logged into Ubuntu "no effects" (classic GNOME) desktop environment.
