This bugs occurs in the post-installation of indicator-weather. But it is gtk-update-icon-cache which fails. The failure message found in DpkgTerminalLog.txt reads (translated to English): gtk-update-icon-cache: Failed to open file /usr/share/icons/gnome/.icon-theme.cache : File exists
