Binary package hint: network-manager

The same config works fine with a huawei e770 (everthing the same but
the wwan card...).

Usually I get:
GSM connection failed: (32) No cause information available
when observing the comm via minicom i get:
GSM connection failed: (32) Serial command timed out

when observing /dev/ttyUSB3 on micom i get thngs like this (and this looks 
pretty ok - there is a network connection etc):
