I have the same problem. I add one more important thing. First situation: ONE window opened When I maximize it, I can't minimize, maximize or close it anymore and the upper bar became translucent.
Second situation: TWO windows opened one behind the other one. when I maximize one of them (with the upper bar of the other one just behind the first one) and I try to minimize it, it minimize the window behind.
