Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: libreoffice

Hello,

Just switched from Openoffice to Libreoffice.

The following situation worked fine in Openoffice and I am surprised it
doesnt in Libreoffice:

I want to update an existing image inside a presentation with a newer one. This
used to work in Openoffice:
1. select image
2. Insert -> Picture -> From file
3. Select new image
4. New image replaces the old image in the presentation, keeping the formatting
of the previous image (position, size, rotation, arangement (front or back of
the page), etc...)

Now, the new image is just added on top of my slide and the old image is
still there. The formatting of the old image is not applied on the new
one.

I use:
Ubuntu 10.04
LibreOffice 3.3.2, Ubuntu package 1:3.3.2-1ubuntu2~lucid1

Cheers,
Valentin
