I have fixed the problem of replacing video card. My steps: 1. Disable (not uninstall!) the onboard card using Device Manager in Safe Mode (enter by pressing F8) (now the monitor is plugged into the onboard card). Reboot computer. 2. Enter BIOS -> Advanced -> PCI/PnP Configuration -> Boots Graphic Adapter Priority -> Select "Slot 6" instead of previous "Onboard VGA" (the NVIDIA GT430 card is on slot 6). Turn off computer. 3. Plug the monitor into the NVIDIA GT430 card. 4. Start computer. OK!
