Thanks Ricardo for the heads up. Yes, I can confirm this. What happened was that Banshee used to use the banshee-1 translation domain, and the banshee-1.mo file was shipped in language packs accordingly.
However, at some point the domain in banshee changed from banshee-1 to banshee. I just noticed it last week and I changed it in Launchpad, so that the next language pack after beta-2 contains banshee.mo Regards, David. ** Changed in: ubuntu-translations Status: Confirmed => Triaged ** Changed in: ubuntu-translations Status: Triaged => Fix Committed ** Changed in: ubuntu-translations Importance: Undecided => Critical -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/760258 Title: Banshee shows untranslated due to an wrongly-named .mo file -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
